TERMS OF USE
Terms of Use
Size It Up Games (“Size It Up”, “we”) runs a free daily size-guessing game at sizeitupgames.com. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and readable; if anything is unclear, get in touch. Last updated: November 4, 2026.
Who the game is for
Size It Up is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not directed at children under 13, and it never asks for a name, email address, password or payment. Younger players are welcome to play with a parent or guardian, who should read the privacy policy first.
Using the game
You may play the daily puzzle, the archive and Unlimited practice for personal, non-commercial use, share your results, and link to any page. Teachers and clubs may use the game in class or in group activities. Please do not:
- automate play, submit scores with scripts or tamper with requests to the leaderboard,
- scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other players, or copy the object library, answers pages or guides wholesale to republish them,
- attempt to access the administration console, other players' tokens or any part of the service you are not meant to reach,
- use the site in a way that breaks the law where you live.
Leaderboard and fair play
Each finished daily puzzle can be submitted once per player per day; only your best run for a date counts. The server recomputes every score from your guesses, so scores cannot be edited. We may hide runs or remove players that appear automated or abusive, and we may reset a leaderboard if a technical fault affects results. Unlimited practice is never ranked.
Nicknames
Every player gets a random nickname such as “Loopy Panda”, and you may change it. Nicknames appear publicly on the leaderboard, so they must not contain:
- your real full name or anyone else's, or contact details such as email addresses and phone numbers,
- links, advertising or promotion,
- offensive, hateful, sexual or harassing language, or impersonation of another person or brand.
Nicknames are screened automatically when they are set, and anything that slips through can be reported to contact@sizeitupgames.com with the nickname and the date it appeared. We review reports by hand and may rename or remove any nickname, or ban a player, without notice.
Measurements and accuracy
Every size in the game links to a published source, listed on the sources page. We check the figures carefully, but real-world measurements vary between sources and fictional sizes are whatever the canon material states. The game is for entertainment and learning; please do not rely on it for engineering, medical, safety or purchasing decisions.
Our content and third-party names
The game, its code, its calibrated silhouettes, the guides and the page copy are our own work, except where the sources page credits a third party (for example icons used under the Font Awesome Free licence). Character and franchise names such as Pokémon or Dragon Ball are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify which character a measurement refers to. Size It Up is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of those owners. Fictional characters are shown as plain silhouettes drawn from their outlines, not as official artwork.
If you own rights in something on the site and believe it is used improperly, email contact@sizeitupgames.com with the page address and the work concerned. We aim to reply within five working days and remove material promptly while a request is reviewed.
Advertising
The site is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads are labelled by the ad provider, are kept apart from the game board and controls, and are never a condition of playing. Please do not click ads for any reason other than genuine interest; deliberately generating clicks or impressions harms the site. How advertising uses cookies is explained in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
The game is provided free and “as is”. We try to keep it online and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or unchanged, and we may change, pause or retire features, categories or the leaderboard. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the game changes; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. Questions, reports and requests go to contact@sizeitupgames.com or the contact page.
